Itinerary Details

Day 1: Arrival at Nouakchott (No meals included)

• Nouakchott is a gateway to the Sahara and Mauritania's cultural and economic hub.

• Airport pickup and transfer to the hotel. Relax and acclimatize after your journey.

Day 2: Nouakchott – Atar – Ouadane (630 km, All meals included)

• A long but scenic drive takes you deep into the Adrar region, known for its dramatic desert landscapes and historic towns.
• Drive to Atar, the gateway to the Adrar plateau.
• Continue to the ancient town of Ouadane, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and former trading hub during the trans-Saharan caravan era.
• Explore Ouadane's historic ruins, characterized by narrow streets and stone houses.

Day 3: Ouadane – Tenewchert Oasis – Chinguetti (180 km, All meals included)

• A day of exploring the Sahara's unique natural and cultural landmarks.
• Relax at Tenewchert Oasis, a peaceful spot surrounded by palm groves.
• Continue to Chinguetti, an ancient city famed for its Islamic heritage and libraries housing centuries-old manuscripts.

Day 4: Chinguetti – Mheirith Oasis – White Valley – Tergit Oasis – Atar (220 km, All meals included)

• A journey through Mauritania's picturesque desert oases and valleys.
• Visit Mheirith Oasis, known for its lush palm trees and serene atmosphere.
• Explore the White Valley, a stunning landscape of white sand dunes and contrasting rock formations.

Cancellation Policy:

In case of cancellation, the balance will be given as a credit voucher for future trips in the applicable percentage.

BHD 150 deposit is non-refundable.

All cancellations must be made in writing and will only be effective upon its acknowledged receipt by the company. The following cancellation fees will apply in the event of full cancellation by the clients.

• • Between 60 and 45 days prior to departure 10% of full amount.
• • Between 45 days and 35 days prior to departure 30% of full amount.
• • Between 34 days and 20 days prior to departure 50% of full amount.
• • Less than 19 days to departure 100% of full amount is not refunded.
• • No shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
• • In certain instances, stricter cancellation conditions and fees will apply.
• • In case of failure to pay according to the payment terms the company reserves the right to cancel the participation of the traveler while withholding the nonrefundable amounts according to the cancellation policy.
